I think that the neocon intelligent design argument saying that since we can't see evolution happening everyday that it simply can't exist hurts my head so much.

the inability for these peopel to grasp time is insane.

I once noted that the avg persons understand of teh concept of infinity would be akin to them being able to add an infinite number of socks in a washing machine (there is always room for more socks... )

That is the line of logic they are using. That they can understand 14 billion years because they are 40... yeah... that is the same thing guys, go destroy our young minds.

AT the ssame time, if the yend up winning and making sure Young people don't understand simple science concepts, I will never be replaced by someone younger at work.
