You are the most irresponsible person I have ever come in contact with. How dare you start a story--making that unspoken commitment to finish the story--and renege on that commitment. Not only that, but I know that you are only using that as an excuse to leave your story unfinished. After all, you promised the next chapter but never released it, even though it's supposedly finished. This story should have been finished well before HBP came out, but it didn't because YOU. DIDN'T. WANT. IT. TO. You made that choice, so fine, I have to accept that, but don't use the HBP as an excuse when it's clearly not. You could just as easily finish up the "mostly completed" story as an AU, but you have no respect for any of your readers. As a fellow author, you disgust me.
