It's okay! Well, no, it's not actually okay, but you're the same as the rest of us here. This is Memento Eden. Nobody knows why, but people don't remember anything about themselves for a while once they arrive on this island. You might remember something soon, though.

So, what do you do around here most of the time? I know you've got your job, and these strange events must take up time too, but what else?

I go to school, too, and that and my job keep me busy sometimes depending on what's going on. And I used to like taking a walk around town until it got too cold. I used to do it in case that helped jog my memory about something, and even though it hasn't worked so far it's still nice to get some fresh air once in a while.

Maybe. But if there really is a library, I might just work and hang around there. More flexible schedule that way.

Oh, we're here already? This is the town. The shops are just a little further--we can get you some new clothes there.

[Emil points ahead to indicate one of the shops and slows down as something occurs to him.]

Oh! Do you want me to stay outside while you go look for clothes, or...?

[She blushes] T-that might be a better idea. I'm not going to get much, so...

[Trying not to feel embarrassed about this whole thing, Emil hurriedly digs around in a pocket until he comes up with some money, which he hands to Sheena.]

Thanks. [Sheena ducks inside for about 20 minutes. She comes out with two shirts, two pants, flip flops (because they were the cheapest) and... um, certain female necessities. It cost about $61.]

Um, here. [She hands the remaining cash back.] Didn't think it would cost so much...
