Well Kirsty and Doug's wedding cake is well under way to the stage of completion. All the cakes are baked, the fruit 12" tier is marzipaned and the 6" chocolate tier is buttericed. ALL I have to do is butterice the 10" and 8" and then sugarpaste all 4 tiers and then decorate them. That is tomorrow job. My sister is looking after April for me

I ended up pan-frying the salmon in olive oil, roasting cherry toms and red pepper in oil and balsalmic vinegar, boiling some carrot batons and serving it all with rice. Kind of a mixture of stuff but it tasted yummy.
