It's only a sentence of comment of a single scene as I just finished watching the episode now.

God! Did you see the scene where they tease Samantha and her feminist issues? After she goes, Martin gets closer,. much closer to Danny and smiles at him. A wide, amused smile. It looks like he claims he is choosing Danny to Samantha forever!

I haven't seen the episode yet (I really should set myself up for torrents...) but that sounds great! Aren't you loving the absence of the broom!!?? Maybe they actually listened to the feedback from the fans??? (No, I must not get my hopes up!) This season has been surprisingly good so far!

BTW, there are an amazing variety of types of panettone at the store - some with various types of alcohol, too (kahlua, and a lemon liqueur one). Can you recommend what is the best type to get?

If you need it, I just u/l it on the comm. The Broom is there, but I wish she was always that invisible! The episode in itself is not amazing, but that scene pays you for the rest of the 40 minutes! It's not bad neither, just a lazy writing. I agree that this season is wathcable and enjoyable, Broom and the Angel storyline excluded.

I like the classic panettone, that is without any alcohol (I don't like alcohol, I'm like Danny, but for different reasons), with a lot of plums. It comes from Verone or Milan. Or it should. (I have one still in the box waiting for me in the kitchen... I'm resisting to its lure or I'll get weight even before Xmas!)

It seemed so obvious to me! Only trying to think as a Martin Sam shipper I tried to see if there was the possibility of an alternative, but as far as I'm concerned, Martin is totally wrapped in Danny's charm! He looks at him with such love in his eyes!

I wasn't that thrilled with the episode overall, but I loved that scene (despite the fact I interpreted it differently from you, no surprise *grin*). I like how the team seems to be more of a team this season than ever before.

Heh! Yes, on a second thought I tried to see what a shipper would think... but I stand on my position, it's funnier! You know what? I'm glad we met at the times when I was only a fond Danny lover and didn't know anything about shippers and slashers! God knows if we'd ever meet otherwise!

Yes, the cases and the lines are lazily written, like in just a few hours instead of days, but I'm loving these interactions and this continuous reference to their past, though lazy and shallow (either this about Viv or last one with Danny).

*squees* I was so giggly over that scene. Was being all squealy with my friend with whom I watch it every week...er, we chat while we watch that is. But yeah...they were all close & touchy-feely & Martin was so smiley. *grins* Yay. :)

Any chance of some screen caps?? Pretty please with cherries & blueberries on top??! *giggles*

Yes... caps on next update! And yes, Danny touches Martin repeatedly, and in a couple of caps he seems to downright wanting to kiss him!
