"WAS?!" He attempts to stand, forgetting how he is sitting in the chair, which ends a bit predictably with him in an undignified heap on the floor. "Was zum Teufel?! Whaddya mean I won't exist! That's impossible! That little fucking brat wouldn't be anything without me; how dare he! I'll kill him! No, even better; I'll let Austria keep him and then that idiot wuss can mismanage another empire into nothing, and then I won't have to worry about getting my hands dirty... Yes, that's an awesome idea!"

Sorry, he's... going to be a bit- "Or maybe I should just let stupid France keep him! Kesesese! That's a great idea!" -make that a lot distracted.

He puts his megalomania and plans to not end up dead at his younger brother's hands on hold for a moment. Though, not too much on hold. Perhaps redirected would be a better term. "Ja. What happens if the others don't agree to cooperate?"

"Those that don't cooperate will stay on the 'inside' and not get any weapons." He kind of doubts the second, because Egil will probably demand that they get a chance to fight should they be attacked. "Those who agree to cooperate will be brought to the outside and receive them."
