A flitter of tiny yellow wings announces Prussia's arrival; of course those wings belonging to his bird. Prussia himself has a rather large set of bat wings, which are currently wrapped comfortably around him now that he's in the garden. "Take off on the upstroke," he offers, while Gilbird cheeps, seemingly in agreement, flying circles around Gokudera's head.

''That's what I plan to do, as soon as you tell your bird to stop bothering me.'' The teen took a step backwards, trying to get away from Prussia's pet; studying its pattern of movement might come in handy, but the little bird was currently too close for Gokudera's liking.

"Oy, Gil, get over here." Ordinarily he'd offer out a finger for the chick to perch on, but the best he can do is hold out one wing fairly straight, thumb extended for the perch. Gilbird tweets in annoyance, because Prussia has been rather bossy thus far today. "Either get over here or find a tree, but stop bothering him!"

There is some more peeping, before finally the bird flits off to hide in a bush, screeching his anger as loud as he can. "...Yeah, fuck you too, chickadee," Prussia harrumphs, wishing he could flip Gilbird the bird as the bird retreats.

Gokudera gave the other an approving nod; the plan to observe the bird might have gone down the drain, but he was still grateful for Prussia's assistance. Of course, he could simply have shooed it away by himself if he arms, but that wasn't an option right now.

''Why should I want one?'' Gokudera was genuinely confused; why the hell should he desire a beak? ''And I'm done with that; it was just.. a minor miscalculation.'' He was certainly not going to give the man more reasons to make fun of him!

''Sure; you look like a fuckin' swan. The reason why you're not wearing shoes.. that's also part of getting into the whole bird thing?''

[Andrea is not at all impressed with her wings . In fact, she's SO unimpressed, she's even moodier than usual.

"This is STUPID. I want my arms back. I don't even like flying. And how are we supposed to eat and drink? This is DUMB.

Gokudera folded his wings when she approached.

''Yeah, it is..'' He wasn't being entirely earnest since he actually found the idea of flying exciting, but he certainly wanted his arms back at some point. ''So you haven't tried them out yet?''

He preferred to hide his own weaknesses too so that was perfectly understandable.

''These things got to be useful for something since they're annoying as hell in general.'' The Italian unfolded his wings, ran a few steps and jumped before following up with a downward stroke and a lot of general flapping; it might not look so elegant, but the method allowed him to hover slightly above the ground. A few strokes later, and the teen had managed to elevate a couple of meters up in the air. ''It worked! That was sort of cool'' Gokudera announced as he landed on a rather sturdy branch in a nearby tree, looking down at her with poorly hid excitement.

Miku staggered into the garden, rather thoroughly covered in deep dents (gosh, how had her exoskeleton gotten so thin!), especially around her knees and head. Her hair was down, and she was walking out barefoot in a nightgown. The garment's fabric was split by two bright pink butterfly wings growing out of her back. Her spirits seemed high enough as she walked over to the young Italian, but her physical condition was literally the worst Gokudera had ever seen her in.

"Hi, Gokudera! How are you doing?" Oh, he was flying? That looked like so much fun! It would be so much easier than walking and then falling over again! She flapped her own wings and rose up into the air a good few feet, but then fell right back down again, putting a rather nasty gash into her left thigh. "Ow..." That actually hurt her. Stumbling around like this much longer might leave her with serious damage...

Gokudera just stared at her for a few seconds when she entered the garden, shocked at the robot girl's current condition, but he ran over quickly when she fell down.

''Are you alright?! '' The crash-landing earlier had earned him quite a few bruises, but Miku seemed to be much worse of. ''Damn, can't the bastards kidnap some useful people next time, like a bloody mechanic.. What the hell did you do to hurt yourself this badly?!''

The Italian had fallen asleep with his clothes on last night so he had avoided the hassle of getting dressed without arms this morning. Of course, he was only delaying the inevitable since he had to change at some point.

"That'd be nice..." She laughed back nervously. It was a shame she didn't know Medic better, or else she would have made Gokudera's wish more concrete in the form of the older man's ally the Engineer. "You'd never guess how hard it is to walk without arms! Well -- well, I guess you might, considering, but..." Her hindwings fluttered shyly, and she looked like she might almost fall backwards under the stress of the gesture before her feet returned to a steady stance. The shape of the things really threw off her balance: Put together, they were almost as tall as her, with the tips only a little bit above the ground, but they were also top-heavy and so her continued attempts to stand and walk with the things on her back were hopeless in the long term. Not to mention that however thin they were, they were still made out of synthetic materials like she was... or were they? She couldn't exactly tell the difference by feeling, after all ( ... )

Yes, that guy would certainly be useful! Gokudera had just learned about Pyro so far.

''I can sort of use my wings for balance since they replace my arms so I guess it's a bit different..'' The bomber tensed as she staggered, ready to support her to the best of his current limited abilities if she were to fall again. ''I'll walk you over there if you plan to head for Luka's room.'' She seemed a bit reluctant about that though. ''Or perhaps you want to gain more control over your wings? We could use the mats in the gym so you won't have to worry about hurting yourself.''
