''Erm.. Kali?'' It had to be her, right? A new girl with white hair? She definitely didn't look like a boy anymore though.. The teen blushed a bit; the stupid woman was probably not aware of the fact that her Comp was recording since she was strutting around in only her underwear!
"Who's there?" A hidden shade? Whoever spoke had to be inside the room but she couldn't see anyone around. "Show yourself, now!" she yelled, only facing the direction the voice was from. Oh, wait, she used her grandma's name only with that white haired boy back in the farm, didn't she?
''I'm talking through the Comp, you idiot woman!'' Ah, that's right; she might be from a time or place where this kind of technology didn't exist. ''The device lying on the floor.''
"Don't call me idiot, idiot!" She took a closer look and grabbed it with her sane hand, frowning and looking at his image in the small screen "How in the hell did you end inside that thing?" He was older but certainly 'him'.
''I'm not inside it; this is just a fuckin' recording.'' Gokudera sighed in slight irritation; the technology was definitely foreign to her alright. ''And its recording you too right now so you should get properly dressed!''
"What are you talking about? You're definitely inside that stupid box." She shakes it to see if something happens to the 'boy inside it'. Nothing. "What is this, then?" And grins "Oh, my boobs scare you so much? Well, I don't give a fuck, deal with it." She wore only underwear for ages and she's not going to change her habits now.
''I'm not inside it, I said; I'm in my room! I can come over and prove it if you still doubt me. The small computer in your hand is a device that records and transmit sounds and images across great distances. What year are you from?''
''Of course they don't!'' Her lack of clothes was still making the teen uncomfortable though; he was trying hard to focus on her face instead of looking anywhere else. That sounds so stupid... come here and show me." there's almost no technology in her world and the only 'machines' are aggressive and mindless robots that guard an ancient and abandoned place, no computers or cellphones for her "What?" Even the 'year' thing is confusing for someone who lives in a place where periodically the whole population's probably totally erased and everything re-starts from the beginning every 100 years. She's perfectly comfortable with it, it's somehow fun annoying the other, and generally men (and women) tend to avoid her once they realize she's a 'freak', that's why she's not worrying at all. ''Right..'' Gokudera was trying to avoid staring, pretending that her skimpy clothes didn't bother him, so he hadn't noticed anything. ''Weiss? I want to locate a fuckin' exit from this place too; let me know if you find any.''
"The smart illusion speaks." Few people have enough patience to deal with her... If you still were a child there'd be a high possibility for her to sound more calm and understanding but you're already old enough to get your dose of insults. "How the hell am I supposed to know?" She opens the door of her room and move in the hallways as well, being on the same floor it'll be easy noticing her. And, yes, she spotted you and is now checking the 'device' to see if your face still appears on the screen.
"Whatever..." That's not something she'll ever mention so it'd not be a problem if someone notices it or not, she'll just cover with insults whoever makes a comment about it with her "Are you trying to convince me there's no exit?"
''There's a plate next to your door; I assume you know how to fuckin' read?'' Gokudera wasn't exactly the calm, polite and understanding type either normally. ''Never mind; I see you.''
He walked towards Kaine without shutting the down the comp so she could see that he appeared in both places. ''There; will you stop insisting that I'm a fuckin' illusion now? Look at my comp; it shows a video of you too. And yes, there's no exit; I'd be long gone if there was.''
"Of course I know, asshole!" She preferes to avoid it in public because she learnt how to read and count by herself and still has problems with it so... it'd be kinda humiliating doing it in public. Ir doesn't matters anyway. "Yeah..."
Kainè doesn't seem to convinced by the strange device and shakes it one more time "Okay, not such a shitty magic trick." murmurs taking a very brief look at Gokudera's comp before throwing away her own "Then what is this place or that farm-like life are supposed to do?" She's pretty nervous even for her standards now.
''You think I'm a bloody wizard then?'' Gokudera smirked, shutting down his device and putting it in his pocket.
''Being trapped in here is supposed to cure us, but that's bull-shit.'' The half-Italian snorted, crossing his arms. ''This is apparently an asylum, but it's more like a really messed up prison.''
"Nope, a fucking shade, aren't you?" She should be able to perceive it just looking at someone but her bond with the creature inside her seems to be broken at the moment so she can't be so sure.
"Cure us? Cure us? I'll give them their goddam cure up on their asses. If there isn't an exit, I'll kick the walls until I open one through them." And kicks it even if she doesn't get any result she'll probably start hitting again, later.
''A shade? Look, I'm fuckin' real!'' He reached out his hand, planning to touch her shoulder to prove it once and for all.
''Hell, I'm with you on that one.'' Gokudera gave a wry chuckle. ''Don't bother; I tried blowing up the wall with explosives, but it didn't even give the bloody structure a frickin' dent.''
