WHO: Canada and everyone else! WHAT: there's a colony wandering around trying to make sense to things; you should meet him WHERE: all hallways and public areas WHEN: July 20th, throughout the day WARNING(S): probably nothing ( +1 lost colony )
"Hello..." It was a little tentative, but many a thing Canada did fell under that category. He looked around, then back at her, taking a deep breath. "I'm... I'm Nouvelle-France. It's nice to meet you."
[Motherly instinct of someone who recently lost her son in a horrible way kicks in, don't mind her rushing closer with a somehow worried expression.] Hey... you all right, kiddo?
Miku was somewhat surprised when she found her way up to the abandoned zoo on floor H and saw a polar bear in it. Oh! That was cute! She had to go over and take a closer look.
...could there be somebody behind the polar bear? She didn't see anyone.
There was indeed someone behind the polar bear, checking out things. At someone new showing up, though, the little colony crouched and reached out with one hand to curl a hand in Kumajirou's fur for support. The bear, for his part shuffled a little closer to Canada and bared his teeth warningly at Miku.
"Hi...?" Since when did polar bears have hands on their backs? She took a big step away when the bear bared its teeth. "I'm not tasty, mister bear. I'm made of metal and that'll choke you."
She might have heard a little gasp from behind the bear. "You don't look like metal!" Canada said in his usual quiet voice, standing up a little straighter to look over Kumajirou at the new stranger.

"Hello there..." Children... she can't really be aggressive with them.

I would like to go home. [If Canada noted the protective stance of his companion, he didn't acknowledge it at all.] Otherwise, yes.
