A thank you to my Australian friends for the information and postcards. I have found a local Australian Bakery that carries tim tams. And they're even on sale! I'm heading over this morning to hopefully partake of some yummy baked goods and coffee

Sorry that Sick Boy is Sick Boy again. :( Also sorry that you couldn't get into the Mariott. Not that we won't see you, but it would have been cool to be in the same hotel with you. Maybe they'll put you in the Hyatt Tower again? It seemed quieter there.

You rounded up 11 people? Wow. You'll have your own posse! Though I think I know at least that many people going too. I wonder if we can arrange some big get together one of the nights?

Posse? I think I like that! Actually, 4 of those people are co-workers (one's the boss) and the others are friends or relatives of the co-workers. That does include Peyton and Baby Girl. I know it's a long way away, but it's still exciting to think about!

Wow, the Marriott is already booked? So glad we were actually on the ball enough to reserve our room early. We'll still be close, though, and there will be much rejoicing, and laughing at the talent show, and also possibly some knitting.

I think next year I'm going to try to be on the ball too. In fact, I'm thinking of getting my tickets at the end of the con this year--last year they were going for $40 on Monday. I can't wait for the rejoicing and knitting and mocking!
