I've never had brussel sprouts. I wonder if I'd be into them.

I like cabbage in an eggroll! Other than that, I don't have much experience with cabbage. Yes, I want! I think you have my email, right?

I've started bringing string cheese as a snack. I eat like a child, I swear.

Seems like that makes sense. When I realized that my string cheese had a picture of a CRAYON on it, I knew I needed to re-think my diet!

I was in training today and haven't eaten dinner yet so I'll do yesterday.

Breakfast (8:15):
Oatmeal made with rice milk, walnuts, (unsalted) sunflower seeds, and flax seeds.

Lunch (12:30):
Grilled avacado and cheese, carrots and hummus.

Dinner (6:15):
Veggie burger with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes.

Snack while watching GhostHunters:
Banana/cranberry/ginger smoothie.

Plus 3 or 4 cups of green tea and maybe 6 glasses of water.

Obviously I had a lot of time to make all this stuff because I had the day off but on days that I have to work, I usually don't eat breakfast, eat rice for lunch, and dinner is usually random like pizza or leftovers.
