I have a mission for you. Please post what you had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today (if you know that). I feel like I am missing out on something as far as the food world goes. Here is my menu for the day

I was in training today and haven't eaten dinner yet so I'll do yesterday.
Breakfast (8:15): Oatmeal made with rice milk, walnuts, (unsalted) sunflower seeds, and flax seeds.
Lunch (12:30): Grilled avacado and cheese, carrots and hummus.
Dinner (6:15): Veggie burger with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes.
Snack while watching GhostHunters: Banana/cranberry/ginger smoothie.
Plus 3 or 4 cups of green tea and maybe 6 glasses of water.
Obviously I had a lot of time to make all this stuff because I had the day off but on days that I have to work, I usually don't eat breakfast, eat rice for lunch, and dinner is usually random like pizza or leftovers.

fiber one granola bar
handful of wheat pretzels

red beans and rice, brussels sprouts

lunch - a piece of cheese lasagna, a tangerine, pbj sandwich
snack - two or three mini reese cups.
dinner - probably something like pbj or cereal. maybe takeout.
