This is a sweet-hot chili that is easy and bachelor-friendly (or bachelorette friendly as the case may be). It is colorful and can be eaten as a chili, as burritto filling, with scrambled eggs or used as a salsa. I make it 3-4 times a year and freeze it in little containers

A little more, but not much really. I have more spices than food stock!
The chili really is awesome. Let me know when you make it. I put it on nachos, too... baked in the oven. My friend Adam is a vegetarian and loves it. It won second place in a chili cook-off where all other entries had meat. It's the best thing I cook and my only original recipe.
If I win or place, we need to negotiate the prize... as you know, I don't cook. I'd trade it all for a new bag.
Even though I am not the cook and baker you folks are...damn. I don't write either. What am I good for? *ponders*
ANYway! Remember that brownie recipe that I sent you a while back? Can I enter that one? Is that acceptable? It would be in honor of you since it is loaded with chocolate. I still want to see pics of when you do get the chance to make them. :)
I think I do remember. I remember telling you that I'd never made a brownie that turned out right that wasn't from a box. They are either soup in the middle and burnt on the edges or taste bad.
I'm not good at brownies.
The Ghiradelli Mix, though... Now I can bust those bad boys out like clockwork. ;)
