I "use" Gimp. But I only use the crop and size function.
Maybe add a little text, that's it.

I hope the kids get better soon. You seem to deal with sickness a lot better than I do. When they get really bad, I am calm outside, but practically do a headless chicken act inside. If that made any sense. :p
