Happy birthday Ethan! Wow, they do grow up so fast. My middle one just turned 7 last week. Good grief, where did those 7 years go?

I'm with you on the mediocrity thing. And definitely on the personal character more than academic achievement. Don't get me wrong, being intelligent and working hard to get good grades in school is very important but without good character, manners and an ability to roll with whatever life sends your way, what does that really matter?

Your boys are awesome because they have an awesome mom.
