rainpuddle13 has graciously turned the reins of the ginnylovesdraco community over to me for a bit so I can bring you:

The Great Draco and Ginny Fic Contest, Winter 2009!
As in years past, it'll be a contest where your anonymously submitted story will be read and judged by a panel of Draco/Ginny shippers, with first, second and third places
