The only thing worse than having a sick kiddo is having a sick kiddo when you are sick too. The only advice I have is riding it out since the tests came back negative.
If the Tylenol doesn't help, you can try a dose of Motrin two hours after a dose of Tylenol and alternate them until the fever is gone. (Every military doc I've ever taken my kiddos to had instructed me to do that with stubborn fevers.)
Ohh! Freeze pops work well to, not only to settle upset stomachs but to help bring down the fever. I always make my own with juice or watered down Gatorade.
I have to agree with Ethan, Zeppelin does rock!
I hope your day gets better and that both you and the little man feel better quickly.

I'm not a mom, but I do have some advice. If the cultures came back negative, it means it's probably a virus; and viri you usually have to ride out. Ibuprofin will bring his fever down, and a little Vernors to wash it down with never hurt anyone.

2. I totally just bought the whole studio collection of Led Zeppelin for my Matt for xmas ... still need to burn all that ... woot! for xmas presents to both of us ;) (though honestly, I'm more of a Floyd fan, but when you're choosing between Zeppelin and Floyd, it's kinda a win win)
