I did go to the gym.

It blew.

I couldn't find the zone. You know, the zone where it doesn't feel like you are going to die with each step? Gone.

But, I made myself go. And I worked out. A shitty workout is still better than nothing. I'm trying to actually figure out a way to exercise without it hurting my back/hip worse. No luck so far.

Have you tried water aerobics? I'm totally signing up for the old lady class. It's the only thing my ankle can take.

I hate the gym. Loathe it. Yet, I continue to pay each and every month. I will never be one of those people that loves to work out. Even after I'm done, I'm like, "Ugh. That sucked."
