A carnival is a place where a series of mechanical rides and game boots are set up for the enjoyment of the people. It's a place where people go to have fun and relax. It's kind of hard to explain, though it would be easier if you saw it with your own eyes.

Yes, a friend of mine became a child. From what I've been told, though, this should only last a week, so it should be alright if someone you know were to encounter a similar change.
