I have friends in psychology grad programs at U of Texas and Minnesota. Minnesota is now for a PhD after his Masters at Wisconsin. I think they're all in it for counseling psych though, so I doubt that's what you're looking for. I think a kid at the coffee shop said something about UC-Boulder has a good psych grad program as well.
