I am taking them Cos. Granted my prescription is almost out and don't have a doctor anymore, have one more refill on 2 of my pills. Just waiting for some money from jewelry to come in so I can go and refill them, and no that does not mean send me money, you have done more than enough.

depending on what was discussed during therapy, you may not leave feeling better... but you should feel as though the session/time/work was productive. if you do not, then yes- there is a rapport issue (most likely trust based) and you should get someone else. you can not do work on yourself if the person you are trusting to help you isn't on the some team. you should also bring this up to your therapist at your next session. they may be new and not have a great handle on their abilities. even if they are not new... it could actually help the relationship. but do not get railroaded! the most important thing in therapy is honesty. *hugs*

We really didn't discuss much, it was more that she was filling things out on the computer, which I guess is part of the problem. She spends more time squinting at the computer and fixing her typing errors than actually listening to me. Then she seemed more interested in telling me about the budget cuts meaning we may have to switch to group therapy in November because of my sliding fee schedule. My old therapist never made me feel like this, I always felt like something got helped inside of me.

if she is spending time on a computer and not focused on you, that's a problem. tell her first thing- she needs to be focused on you or you want a different therapist. we don't do therapy with computers because it cuts down the interactions and focus. a therapist who does that loses more then they'd ever gain. if she was filling out specific forms with information, that's one thing. but if the therapy session was done that way... NO GOOD- get someone new. it's talking TALK therapy for a reason. being on the computer does not equal talking. and there is no therapeutic dynamic that uses computers... so if she says anything about how it's her style/theory/principle call BS/shenanigans.

besides, it is clearly a rapport issue on your end- which means you will never get anywhere with her. get someone new.

The computer wasn't working the first one and I think she was filling out some actual paperwork so that is why I'm going to give it another shot before I request someone else, but I will keep that in mind what you said if she is on the computer again next time.
