Aw shit, I've lived around here for a while which means I do need to be active in the planning XD.

I like my Central Park (or just a park in general) picnic idea. Cheap and easy....cause I'm broke.

I posted this in the other post, but here's a thought! (reposted the comment because, um, lazy):

It's on Madison Ave and the corner of 56th St., and it's basically some random whatever Donald Trump put together a massive indoor seating area with some kinda yuppie cafe, lol. There's a site with some info right here.

Basically the easy way to get there is to get the train to 59th St / Columbus Circle, then snag the east-bound crosstown bus at I think 57th St, and get off at the Madison Ave stop. Or you could take one of the listed trains but come on, does anyone even use the green line. */lives on the west side what*

Best part is, of course, that it's free and open to the public :)

OH! I'VE BEEN HERE! Well, around here. It's actually really easy for me to get to. If I'm right, there's a candy shop right next door.

I don't remember a candy shop, but then, I've never really explored the area around it -- another hobby I'm part of does meet-ups there once a month, though, which is how I know it. :) It's a nice area for a meet-up!

If you do this with enough warning, I could come down from Boston!

What are people thinking for dates? In a general sort of way, I mean.

I'll be back in NY for the semester and thoroughly moved in in about two weeks, pretty much anything after that is awesome...

Then well into the semester. Where do you go to school?
