[Open post] Locking in, uniforming, book burning, blood letting.

Over the past few weeks, Pascal has been obsessively reading, noting, compiling. His teaching sessions with Fuchsia brought on some curiosity about organ transplants. From there, he stumbled into some disturbing reports which have kept him awake at night, disturbed his sleep and eating habits ( Read more... )

If Pascal is obsessively reading about depravity, cowardice, deadly viruses, madness, clearly, there is only one solution.

Fuchsia Groan.

Doctor Pascal's attempted to let her do something useful which Fuchsia doesn't feel she's had the chance for in the past. There's Titus as the exception, but Titus is always the exception.

So, it might be possible for Fuchsia to cheer him up.

"What's that?" Or she could ask about the crowbar.

Rule 7895 will never be broken by Fuchsia! drownedfuchsia May 14 2011, 03:17:29 UTC
"You said that."

Fuchsia looks confused more than offended and finds herself an appropriate chair. Her chin will shortly be in her hand.

"When am I expected again for a lesson." There's something about being expected to do something, that she rather likes. No one really expects much of her otherwise.

Fuchsia is always so cute. Just sayin'.

"Tomorrow," and that's a decision Pascal just made. "I think we might start examining various illnesses, and how to identify and treat them."

It's completely incidental on her part. If she actually tried to be cute, she would be terribly awkward.

Fuchsia also has what is probably an inappropriate reaction to the idea of learning about diseases: she smiles her not quite attractive smile. "Tomorrow is good. I'm doing nothing tomorrow." Or any other given day, unless someone asks some time of her.

"Good," Pascal replies, and he smiles a little. He's growing quite fond of Fuchsia, in a totally non-creepy, platonic way.

He does have a boyfriend, after all.

"I will be waiting for you tomorrow morning, on the dot."

At the rate Pascal is going, he's going to be her very favorite person in the mansion, other than Titus. If she looks inappropriately gleeful at the idea of learning about diseases, it's probably because she is.

"Which dot?" Such clarifications are important.

Pascal is so amused. And he's incredibly flattered to be thus appreciated, truly he is.

"It is an expression, madame," he explains. "On the hour, would be another way to put it, but simply come when you wish, that will be quite fine."

As there isn't a specific time system in use, that's probably the best way to go.

Specifics and Fuchsia is always the best way to go.

"Then I wish to come right after I eat, whenever I eat."

Yes, specificity and Fuchsia, unless dictated by others or a book, does not mesh well.

"That is quite fine, Madame, I will be waiting for you," Pascal replies patiently.

Do you want to handwave the lesson, or..?

"Thank you!" She's far too happy about diseases.

Surprisingly, he won't be waiting long. It turns out when given an actual expectation Fuchsia can be somewhat responsible.

That works.
