The grounds of the Mansion lay dark and dead, the trees grey and the grass sear and yellow-brown.
The air in the Mansion had a chilly feel to it, as if winter had crept into the woodwork. And once asleep, perhaps some Mansion dwellers dream of silvery winter days, building snow forts, lighting with candles.
When Mansion dwellers wake up, this

She wonders outside and starts to silently prepare snowballs with a cocky smirk on her face. "Come and get it!"
Warning to all comers, despite her youth, Genkai is still very strong. Her right arm might as well be a cannon.

He gives the pink haired girl a matching grin. "Get it? Oh, I don't think so, but you can try," he taunts.
He'll make himself a very difficult target. At this age, he's very much like a sprite.
Very much like Gellert, in fact.
And if anyone else wants a Merlin, let me know and I'll punt him wherever, of course!

The young Genkai laughs, pleased that there is someone actually brave enough to play with her. In the Academy, some of the Teachers were actually afraid of her, and at least 90% of students did not want to spar with her out of fear that they might get killed by . Thankfully, she mellowed out later on, but the nickname of 'wildcat' was well earned.
"We'll see...First you need to quit talking." In a flash, she throws the snowball at Merlin.

"First," he corrects, "you'll need to start making better snowballs."
Oh yes, he's doing it on purpose.
And as I don't have an Aramat tag to tag into, Merlin has a tag here, and Helen's is here. Up to you!

Both are oblivious to the fact that they're younger than they should be - when the magic wears out, they may only remember this vaguely, like a dream. And they'll know what it means, they've been at the Mansion long enough for that.
So Fuchsia might hear some giggling in the vicinity. The boys are going to make angels too, but not for a very long time. They have a bit of a short attention span.
And if you were interested, L is posted here.
If any one else wants the twins, they're welcome to poke them directly here, since the tag isn't overly specific. ^^

Then.
He's quite a bit shorter and younger himself, and fiery freckles stand out on his pale, rather serious face. He pulls the coat around his thin shoulders and steps up beside the unfamiliar girl. He's too shy to speak, though he looks aside at her, wondering why she's so amazed at snow. It's just snow. It always snows in Moscow.
Even though this isn't Moscow.

She notices him and confused look is on her face. "Hello?"

In effect, his body and sociability are now perfectly aligned... for a weird child.
It's too cold to be barefoot, that is true. He's (for once) wearing boots, not that he likes it, mind you.
But other than that, he's wearing a coat (but it's open), he's managed to lose his scarf and hat, and he's just crouching in the snow, blinking at it, and sucking on a lolly pop.
All that he really needs, though, is a nudge, to be taken into play with the other children.

"Nothing," he replies, quietly.
He probably knows some French - Wammy's is a school for the gifted, after all. He might be in the process of learning it. But his response comes in English, which the Mansion might be kind enough to translate.

Most people wouldn't let a happily babbly six-year old French boy loose alone in the snow, but he's used to getting away from his guardians. And it's snow! He's busy. He starts to hum as he works.
[OOC: Yes, this is the same icon as I usually use for the other Armand, but when they're little, they aren't that much different. This one is just as chubby, with brown hair and blue eyes. He might be taken for Etienne, except he's a bit older. Sorry, he speaks only French unless the Mansion takes a hand in it.]

He jumps next to Armand, grinning. "Need some help?" He's speaking English but he can speak some French if necessary.

[OOC: After a panicked discussion, we decided there's no translation breakdown this time, so any language is good!]
