[Mingler/Party Post] Celebrating family, freedom, fidelity, food ...and fireworks

Riku hasn't seen a calender in a while, but it's obviously high summer and therefore time for the Fourth of July, and time to celebrate with grilled foods and summery salads. He'll put up a poster on the bulletin board in the main room:

Did someone say fireworks? Because Iggy loves things that go boom. Or pop. Or anything really. And he'd would love to put something awesome together for a summer holiday thing.

He's currently wandering outside, enjoying the weather and happy to talk shop.

Riku might be shuttling back and forth between the house and the lake, carrying a tray, when he spots the tall young man with the big wings. "Hi there! you coming to the barbecue I set up down by the lake?" he asks.

"Smells good." He turns and tilts his head slightly. "What's the occasion?"

"Oh, I'm celebrating the Fourth of July," the fellow with the very young-sounding voice says. "I might have missed the day, but I suppose we can always celebrate the summer.

"I'm Riku, Riku Miyagusuku."

Here's one very moody looking Melou. He's recently found out that his brother died in battle, and one of his uncles got killed, and he's been staying up all night to help Hisoka with the hallway watch, so he's tired and worn out. Things have just not been going well for him.

Still, when he catches the scent of the barbecue, he wanders down to the lake, because he knows Riku likes to organise these things, and he wonders if his young friend will be there.
