Walter ambled forward, stretching out his arms, reaching up to the sky and wiggling his fingers. Anton found himself smiling - it was an adorable picture. Just this bright, cheerful man, reaching up to the sky like he could tickle it. He shook out his arms, turned around, and then lowered himself gently to sit on the curb. Walter patted the cement next to him.
I totally giggled at this. I'm talking 5 year old little girl just heard the word "penis" kind of giggle. And I could picture it really well. And it's so something I can see Walter doing.
“Hey - you might actually shed your cuteness behind you, but I, forty years later, am still cute.” He smiled, big and broad and yes, incredibly adorably, and Anton couldn’t remember the last time someone had actually understood why he hated that title so much.This, omfg.
