I signed the Free Loki petition (and there are still 8000 needed, so if you haven't signed yet-now is the time :)

( On Tumblr though I got involved into an ask where someone was against a Loki movie, saying that basically without Thor there can't be a Loki movie. )

Okay, I signed it. I'm sure Loki's fandom will come up with enough plot ideas for several epic long movies;) And I'd happily go to every one.

Considering most of those great ideas are slash it would be a very unique movie for Hollywood;)

Yeah, but it's time for Hollywood to wake up and take the wishes of women into consideration! We also pay for movies, and once Hollywood clues up to the fact that in excluding women they let go of 50% of their profit, I am confident, they are open to suggestions! (I know that slash is a very small niche but I feel the number of women/girls who openly like it, is growing!)

You have to love Tom for the way he sells his characters, he could hold a job at just talking people into becoming interested in a character! Also, there should be a Tom's character exploration leaflet they hand out together with the movie ticket ;) I've no doubts in the film being fab anyway, because, Jarmusch, but it'll be nice to take that information along the viewing. In other words, interview much appreciated :)

Re: Loki film, I think there could be material for a great psychological/ character exploration movie, centered on that dark maelmstrom of being Loki, but it's probably not in the field Marvel's interested of playing at, their movies seem to be based more on a framework of epic events and action, whereas the one I have in mind (or, the one my wishful thinking wants to see :p) would be.. a study of madness, I guess?

(Edit Ugh, figures that it's Tom who would go and discover the pretty piano part of a song that's like, at least 70% dominated by the vocals... Damn Tom and his musicality, indeed.)
