What are the odds of getting it if you asked for it? Worth the chance and the extra work?

Not that I should be encouraging you to not write fic. It's really not in my best interest!

Well, you're going to get *something* if you request it. That's kind of the point. It's only a 1,000 word commitment, which isn't bad. It's the part where I always end up writing extra at the last minute that I'd have to restrain myself from doing.

Ah, so it's not like the writers may chose to write something else...or your request not be picked at all. It seems that's what most of the holiday ones are like so I'm glad this one will at least get you a short story. If you sign up, of course.

I'll hold you back. I'm extra handy like that.

I love Tim Gunn, he's adorbs. Did you request fics last year and if you got them this year would it be worth the time and effort you know you will put in?

His book is really good. I haven't read the first one, but I'm enjoying this one a lot. I just wish there was an audio version.

I've done Yuletide every year since one since 2003, I think? It's always worth it. Well, usually. There was one kind of sketchy year, but the writing quality is usually pretty impressive.
