I have an urge to throw a tantrum. I'll refrain... but if I were to give into that urge, it would probably look like this:

Take a Break?! Take a BREAK!!! *stomp stomp* *throws chair* A loooong break?! *wail scream storm* etc...

Fortunately, I'm a mature, responsible adult, so you won't be subjected to any of that... :) In that vein, you do, in fact, deserve a break. You do put out an insane amount of awesome fic.

I did make a promise to my mother about working on my novel this summer, which I have so far neglected, thanks to this 'easy little summer project' which wasn't supposed to take up much time at all. So I should probably step away from the fic and keep my promise. But I never manage to stay away for long, so we'll see.

(If these characters would shut the hell up once in awhile I might not be so exhausted!)

I'm fine. I was just late to "book club" and they had two for one drinks and I'm kind of a light weight and I wasn't hungry and then it was time to go home and I was not in a place where that was a good plan.

There's another one around here somewhere, but she doesn't care about anything. Living in the air vent will just mean you inhale a lot of cat hair, though. Probably not the best stalking option. There's always the attic!

nice cat! mine mostly sits around and waits for me to rub his ears, when he's not doing all kinds of nasty business on my rug. i love cats, really. :D
