I did get some sleep last night, and while I am still feeling pretty wiped out this morning, that's just because I am a girl and we have that whole TMI thing that happens once a month. Mine

j has an autographed copy of Fargo Rock City somewhere. He loved that book, for obvious reasons. Scobey, Montana is even MORE middle-of-nowhere than Fargo, North Dakota.

I'm glad you got some rest. I've taken to otc sleeping pills every night before bed. I can't tell if they're helping or not.

That is pretty cool. I am even happier now that I chose that one to recommend.

OTC sleeping pills always leave me feeling hung over, which is how I feel when I don't get enough sleep, so often it's a wash. You wouldn't think it would be so hard to get a little rest, and yet, here we are.

Here's a suggestion: if you're ever thinking about reading Killing Yourself to Live, also by Mr. Klosterman, j would tell you to give it a pass. So, I believe, would taylorea's husband, though I can't say that with 100% certainty. j's opinion, otoh, is firmly in the NO category.
