Today is my six year LJversary. You know, it seems longer than that. I mean, obviously I've been in fandom longer than that, but it sort of feels at this point like LJ has always just been there

That CSI one was perfect. I love that Greg is claiming not to need traditions and all that jazz while still sticking to the traditional anniversary gifts.
And Nick's gift? Absolutely perfect. It's acknowledging their relationship in a much more permanent state (Greg's meeting the parents) and will make Greg so happy.
Of course, now I want to see what happens when Nick and Greg land in Dallas....
Ha! I didn't even think of that. Greg is a deep and complicated soul. Or something. Someday I will write Greg in the seat of Nick's scary family. Someday. I just have to pluck up the courage.

Yay for LJ is what I say. Even though I met you before it, here is where we became really close. *is all nostalgic* (I think mine is next month.)
You had me squeeing and awwwing and crowing and clapping my hands with glee at the Nick/Greg ficlet. I just...♥ ♥ ♥ When I read that about the Dallas tickets, I just about died. OMG, yay! I love it when Nick is all "this is Greg, family. I love him."
I also enjoyed the Creegan/Rivers ficlet. I've watched a couple of episodes with them now - need to finish the rest.

LJ has been a wonderful thing, it's true. ♥
Creegan/Rivers is my secret scary-to-write but super-hot OTP. I love them like burning, even though I hardly ever write them.
I don't know how Nick and Greg got all syrupy and settled down on me, but I am taking it. I love them even more like this, and I didn't think that was possible.

My canon as well. It should be EVERYONE'S canon. The sweetness makes my heart flutter, and has completely lifted my spirits.
ETA: Happy anniversary! It's weird, I can't remember a time when we didn't all have LJ's.
