Every once in awhile artistic_sillie mentions a leather wristband that George has been wearing all season. I have no first-hand knowledge of this wristband (therefore its description is vague), but she mentioned it again the other day and ever since then this scene has been rattling around in my head.

I believe Friday is already officially Porn Day on LJ, but my porn muse has been broken for some time, so you get bittersweet fluff instead. At least it wasn't break-up fic.

George is every bit as pathetic as Nick...who knew!?

I sympathize with your caffeine withdrawal. I've put myself through it for less noble reasons than yourself, so I know your pain. I'm glad the fic could distract you for a minute or two, though.

And I really shouldn't answer comments late at night when I can't sleep, because I forget to say things. I meant to say that since they had so much leeway at the beginning of the series to shape the characters based on themselves, I do tend to think of George sharing some of Nick's more prominent traits. It's sweet and a little sad. Whether or not it's accurate...well, whatever. It's fanfic, and it's not like he's ever going to read it.

Oh they make me ache with the bittersweetness -- and now I want to see this leather band, heh. Alas though I gave up CSI for Supernatural and don't see that changing anytime soon. In fact only the fact that Greg and Nick make out in the A/V room could possibly make me tune back in.

There's not a lot that could drag me back into watching regularly, either. Mostly these days I just find it painful if I do turn it on, so I end up turning it right back off again. But the fic's still amusing every so often, at least for a handful of people on my friends list.
