Fic: (DMOC, Josh/Cooper, PG)

Feb 10, 2007 22:55

Today was a weird day at work.  Lots of unreasonable patrons + a broken printer = no one can print their precious hotmail messages. Since the printer is still broken, tomorrow should be just as unpleasant.  Therefore I wrote some extremely self-indulgent DMOC curtain fic to cheer myself up.  It's short, because my writing mojo has gone missing, and ( Read more... )

Lovely. I like the gentle companionship. It feels like home.

I'm sad to say that it was this or Nick/Greg break-up fic, and this just seemed more cheerful somehow. Stupid work. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Well, you know me...I'm all about the N/G fic. Maybe not the break-up fic, tho.

I hope everything is calmer on the work front. You don't need more stress on top of the "packing up your life and moving" variety.

I drove my parents crazy watching 101 Dalmations too! And I did wear out the tape! *g*

In other news: DMOCFICHOORAY!

Awww! That's so cute I almost started replying using baby-talk. *g*

Thank you. It's great to read some more from the Bells'verse.

Heh. Babyfic is better if the babies don't talk ; )

Comfy. I don't know this universe and I usually don't care for kid-fic, but this was nice.

FYI: I found a DVD from The Forsaken - it was in the bargain-bin and called Desert Vampires. Heh: cheap + an alternative title = always a good sign;) - after I watch that I'll be able to add another one of your universes to my to-read-list. Although I'm sure I could enjoy it without seeing that movie, I like to be properly prepared;)
I saw "Justice" with Kerr last week: that was amazingly bad. Horrid acting, editing and lighting, I could handle about 3 minutes of it, before I had to turn away. Blah.

I'm babbling, because I'm trying to ignore that N/G-breakup fic you mentioned above. If you must, you must, but I wouldn't be able to handle that right now. :(

I find kidfic is best when the kids don't really talk or interact all that much. But with this pairing, that's just how things would work out in their future. Doesn't work for everyone, but for Josh and Cooper it makes sense.

The Forsaken is pretty low budget and bad, but the slash factor pays off in spades. There is one scene that kind of grosses me out still even though I watch ridiculous amounts of really violent horror, but otherwise it's a great movie. If you like that sort of thing.

Every time I think about Nick/Greg these days I think about breakup fic. That's why I'm not writing them.

Awwww... the boys with kids!

Very cute! And Coop would certainly be the kind of weird but yet oh so cool parent to let the kids fill the freezer with snow.
