Hey, I read the SK fic. So it's not, technically, a fandom that no one reads.

*pauses dramatically as a tumbleweed rolls by*

This was so good. Brett is so sweet, in a really fucked up way, and I love how something mundane like Avery's hands can undo him.

This was almost enough to cleanse my brain from the idea of the Brett/TK OTP LIEK WOAH, but I don't know. I might need therapy more fic. Ahem.

No, I know, and I should be and am grateful that there are a handful of discerning people who have good enough taste to squee with me over fucked up boarding school boys. I just feel insulted on Brett's behalf because he is the best character ever and deserves more attention. But hey, it's their loss. Not like I'm going to stop writing him. As if he would let me.

I'm glad you liked this, because it was a lot of fun to write. I just love the idea of them sneaking around the school, finding all kinds of dangerous places to make out. And Avery, who can never bring himself to start it because he's too scared and what if Brett doesn't want to or something and then he'll die, so he just waits around and stares at Brett constantly, holding his breath for the next moment Brett grabs his arm or his hand and drags him behind a stairwell or down a deserted hall or into an empty classroom and pushes him up against a wall.

It's lovely inside my head. It's not getting my novel written, but it's still lovely.

I have all your SK either in my memories or printed out and on my bedside table for bedtime reading, and God. There's so much of it and yet no where near enough, and this makes me want to cry. Weep like a poor helpless thing. I think I'm an addict. Feed me.

#6 -- At least the reasons Marcus is freaking out are different? That's growth. Or something. Seriously, though, I'm just obsessed with the idea of Harlan being obsessed. He's so fun when he's all intense. Plus, I was completely stuck on the prompt for that one and I kept coming back to pre-movie fic, so I finally wrote it.

#7 -- They are the fluffiest pairing I have in my stable. You know, aside from the ending-we-do-not-mention part. I'm glad you liked this one, since it was all about you and I was afraid it would be too silly.

#8 -- But it's a good movie, and it's so clearly slashy, and unlike with the bad horror people sometimes watch on my account, this one I feel no need to apologize for. Because Brett is the Greatest Character Of All Time (or so he keeps telling me). Plus, there's nothing wrong with a healthy boarding school kink ; )
