Eh. I'm sure the freaky clown episode will amount to nothing, unless Nick's all 'Clowns? I *love* clowns!' which I seriously doubt, but then again, you never know with the writers lately. It would be totally OOC for him to do so, but that's never stopped them before. So no worries, although it is a little weird that the freaky clown episode is on right after I wrote the phobia fic.
Anyway. Glad you liked Speed and Tyler. I like to do the talking in small doses, because whenever there's a huge reveal in fanfic it always feels really forced and trite to me. Dialogue is a delicate thing.
It's because I'm bad luck. You didn't want to write the damn thing and I whined and begged until you just gave in. I feel really bad about it because I know how you stress about canon and if they joss the story with 'fan of clowns'!Nick it's really going to just make me feel horrible because it will be all my stupid fault.

I imagine that it is. It has to be believable and IC and get across what you want to get across all at the same time. And like I said before, I like the way you handled it in this piece. Very nicely done.
Honey, don't stress. If Nick goes on about how he loves clowns it's just going to prove that the writers are on some serious crack, because that's just ridiculous. And you know, I mixed up a Miami case with a CSI case the other day and wrote it into a fic, and I didn't even realize it until carleton97 mentioned the Miami case in her LJ. So it's not like I don't joss myself all the damn time anyway.
Yay for sharing! It's about time! Even if it was only a little and not entirely of his own volition. At least Speed didn't protest too much. And we got backstory, as did Tyler, so that more than makes up for it!
And the hotness. These two are so good together it's always amazing. The sex was hot, as usual. And Tyler's finally gotten to a place where he isn't sure Tim's going to run away. Nice.

Also? I'm sorry I made you write that phobia fic. I didn't know they were going to have the freaky clown episode.

They are so very yummy and I love how natural all your 'reveals' are.
