It's really scary to find the people we love so much that little bit frailer each time you see them. I live '000s of miles from my gran and I get really sad not being able to see her as often as I want to.

Hey, so sorry you are going through a rough time. I know how frustrating lousy jobs can be! But try and get out one day this weekend and just do one fun thing for yourself, no matter what it is.

I am gonna have some drinks at my friends house tomorrow, they just closed down our favorite pub. :( And the smoking ban has just started so we won't be going to the pub as much now. We still have a good laugh together, I will put on some cheesey 90's music to get everyone dancing. :)
