Okay, fellow writers. I have a poll for you (short and sweet)

I've been actually writing, both in edit mode and in create-a-new mode. But I decided I'd like a little input, mostly to know I'm not alone in this sort of effort.

So, here's my poll. Be kind, it's the first time I've tried this function myself.

It's story-telling I'm not sure I rock. And it's the length of time in between very little and scads which is not conducive to productivity... when I have a timeframe shorter than scads in my head an am failing to meet it and then I get that bit annoyed with myself for dragging things out that SHOULD BE FINISHED :)

I have found that I do best in short spurts rather than when I have scads, but that may just be because I rarely have scads, but I have numerous short moments where I can fit in a couple hundred words or so. As for the other, I seem to excel in creating characters, or at least so insist my beta readers. One once said my characters sounded like people one might actually meet in real life.

I don't find the amount of time available or the background ambiance has much effect on my productivity. This is probably because I compose in my head and just transfer the words to file when I sit down at the keyboard.
