i don't know why my back decides sometimes to have a knot in it for days at a time, but it sure does... i'm just grateful that this time I'm still mostly functional and I can comfortably sit in a chair right now so I can still get work done... carrying stacks of files had proven to be a challenge and I'm having a hard time bending over... but other

thanks, me too.. I'm pretty sure that it's basically all better now... I don't know how, but i'll take it! swimming was probably good for it... yeah, i can't feel the knot anymore so i must be all better.
