another rainy day

dad's out of ICU.  they transferred him yesterday afternoon.  he's still on oxygen.  he can't eat or drink anything yet due to irritation of the esophagus from the emergency intubation after surgery.  he's cranky about that of course.  he seems stronger today.  he's sugar is back up and they want to monitor him on telemetry.   we really don't have

I'm glad to hear your father is doing okay!

He sounds a lot like my Grandfather! He's spent some time in the hospital recently, but because of his condition while he's there, doesn't remember much of what happened. He LOVES hearing stories about what he did/said when he was out of it (He can be a very MEAN and very GRUMPY Russian man). My Aunt actually took a picture of him hooked up to tubes and stuff and he loves seeing it! :)

I'll keep your father and your family in my thoughts.
