So...

Apparently Dissidia Final Fantasy is getting a sequel.

Its called DISSIDIA DUODECIM FINAL FANTASY.

Lol Nomura, you and your naming (I mock what I love, ok : D). I'm pretty excited.

That being said, you can use Lighting and Kain. Sounds pretty awesome. I wanna see what you can do with their characters with the battle mechanics 8D That and, yay ( Read more... )

Personally i know they're flowery, but I don't mind it. They usually do have meanings so its all good.

When I saw the words "Dissidia" and "sequel," the two names that popped out in my mind were Rydia and Celes. But guess I got shot down already. DX

That said, Kain would make a lot more sense than Rydia. *hides in corner weeping* The villain would probably be Zemus/Zeromus.

I can't wait to see which FF6 character they'll choose. I'm still hoping for Celes! But I wouldn't mind Locke~

I wonder how they're going to go about it. I was wondering would it be like, a new game with more characters or just different characters interacting.

Since the last one was such a male fest, I'm wondering if this would be a fem fest this time round LOLOLOL

I actually don't know about FF6. Both Celes and Locke seem plausible. I mean, Celes IS the main character in the second half of the game. But on the other hand, they already used Terra, a female character, in the first game, so they may go for a guy. (I wish it would work the other way around. XD) But Kefka is the only noticeable villain. (The Emperor doesn't count, because no one would want to use foolish old man. XDDDD) So I don't know what they're going to do with the story.

And dare I hope Zacks (and possibly Genesis - bleh <-- *not a fan of Genesis or Gackt*) will be the FF7 character? 8D

But yes, I'm all for a female fest this time around! Faris, Rinoa, Beatrix Garnet, and Yuna!!!
