Not sure what form this will take yet but one of my fellow Buddhists is involved in dance festivals and community dance projects - and finding something would be another 'fun-er' way to keep fit, stretch my leg muscles and walk with the correct gait again so that my shoes (and feet) didn't keep wearing out at the heel and 'ball'. Sorry for babbling I just mixed Jordans muesli with strawberry crisp and Clipper Organic Instant hot chocolate. Maybe I can work out if I have a sense of rythm in a couple of weeks... ever danced the coast path?
