Loved it! Your Perry/Harry voices are right on (and your descriptions of Perry's voice -- Like Mr. Kool-Aid's voice, but meaner -- was perfection). You definitely should write more for this little fandom!

And your multitude of Val icons (and your header) is making me swoon a little.

It was fun to write; I'm glad you liked it. I'm considering a followup; this was my first time writing for Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and when I was originally plotting, I had two cases, but then I felt kind of overwhelmed. It'd be nice to do it up right.

YOUR ICON, OMIGOD. My love for that movie is enormous, and this past year myhappyface (who made my lovely header) and I have been trying to make Thunderheart fandom happen. I will check out valkilmersexgod because, well, I think you understand. And I've bookmarked your stories for later reading. I didn't know there was any Thunderheart fic out there...there's barely any Val fic except KKBB and Real Genius.

And don't worry, you have not frightened me with squeeing. I do plenty of that myself. ;)

I didn't know there was any Thunderheart fic out there...

Well, there hasn't been. According to myhappyface, who's been fannish about it longer than I have, there were like three longish stories, all kind of racist-y, and that was it. Then last spring, another author neither of us knows posted a really solid, longer story at AO3. Holly and I were in the middle of a Val Kilmer Reawakening, and we started kind of writing each other Thunderheart stories back and forth, and that's where we are now.

there's barely any Val fic except KKBB and Real Genius.

There's not a small amount of Top Gun fic, as far as I've seen . . . but it's Top Gun fic, so there's that. AO3 also has a Willow and The Saint story that aren't terrible. At least there's some pretty decent Kiss Kiss Bang Bang stories out there, right?
