Firefox 2 is available. It's not a  mindblowing upgrade or anything. Better RSS support, more intuitive tabbed browsing and such, and it incorporates some features that were previously extensions. IMHO, though, the inline spell checker alone is worth the download. It underlines misspellings in forms like Word or a word processing program. I know it ( Read more... )

I like it so far.

The one gripe I always had about 1.5 was that it opened up a new browser when clicking on particular links. What is the point of having tabbed browsing if all it is going to do is open up a new browser? So far with 2.0, I have not had that problem.

In 1.5, that was actually an option in the "Tabs" settings you could set. The only difference is that in 2, the option is selected by default.

Are you guys staying with us this weekend, BTW?

I guess I am a damn fool then.

I think we are going to stay at my folks house, but I am not sure yet. They always want to see the dog and they are willing to watch him while we are at the game and what not, so it is probably easier for us to just stay with them instead of dragging the dog back and forth.
