Okay, that was fairly hilarious, and oddly touching. That "Are you sure?" line does always get trotted out at the worst possible time, doesn't it? But hey--some cliches are fun, as Rose discovers. Yay!

Your stories are always so much fun - I actually saw this one first on Teaspoon. But that version cuts off after "they took their chance" I'm glad I headed over here to leave feedback, the end was a lovely surprise. I'm amazed how fast some people produce such quality work. It takes me forever to write, and I always wish it was better. Keep 'em coming!

Thank you for letting us know! Our section break was doing the Teaspoon posting in, and it's been fixed (silly html).

Some fics are easier to write than others, of course--this one was a cinch, because we were having so much fun with the cliches. We're glad you liked it!

Can I just say, that was my contribution to the smut prompts from the original discussion and I am SO glad it got used in such a wonderful, slightly cracky slightly smutty, quite entertaining fic.

We absolutely loved your prompt--the first e-mail about it may actually have said, "This is rife with comic potential." And it's a question we've often asked: isn't that sort of question going to get asked before the naked part of the bed-top wrestling begins?
