Hehe, we're tryin'! It's going to be one hell of a heating bill. :\ We NEVER get weather like this here.. it snows maybe every other year, once or twice, and everyone freaks out for a few days and the roads get icy and the whole city shuts down. We haven't had a storm like this since I was a kid. :D It's really pretty outside, there's like 8 inches of snow on the ground. I just hope I don't have to use up a bunch of my vacation time. I'm hoping to save it for, well, a real vacation. :P

:D

Greetings here from our hibernation camp :)
Can I just say I'm SO glad we're not traveling for Christmas!

I just saw someone going like 35 miles per hour down our street all dressed up in snow gear on a snowmobile! wow!

Stay warm, and blessed yule today. miss you guys.

what's up for new year's eve for you?

Oscar woke up at like 1 in the morning (this morning) and couldn't go back to sleep, so he went out to the living room to do research stuff on a laptop. We had turned the heat off, and I ended up getting coooooooooold, and woke up when he came in to put more blankets on the bed. I tried to fall back asleep (I think it was around 2:30), and failed to do so by 3:30, so I decided to get up and see what he was up to. Sho' 'nuff, the research was happenin' still, and he was watching Troy very very very quietly. Hehe ( ... )

Awesome. NYE I'm sure we're doing the same! On New Year's Day, weather permitting, we're going to see if my mom can babysit and we're going to do lunch and a movie.
