Tewkesbury photos

So, I managed to prune 800 photos down to 550 and I've loaded the best into a set on Flickr - currently 69 photos. These are the ones that really caught my eye when I was sorting through them as I do have large numbers of photos of a field full of people in costume wandering around - many of them backs turned. Thank you! :) I also have a short movie clip of the Yorkist charge on the Lancastrian lines - perhaps I should try loading that on Flickr as well. Hmmm.

I managed to organise the flickr set alphabetically so that they are actually sequential. The camera loses its date when I change the batteries and the order Flickr loads them into the photostream seems to be completely random. But if you view the set, they'll be in order. :)

Thanks. I'd say it's impossible *not* to take good photos at something like this, but I remember the photos I have of the Seige of Wells (Sealed Knot) back in the 80s and they're just lots of coloured blobs in the sunshine. A decent zoom and auto focus makes such a difference. At least this time I didn't disgrace myself by jumping at the cannons. :)
