Wilson died at about 3:00 this morning.

I thought he was doing well... and then last week he started vomiting again... He suddenly went down hill very quickly, in about 12 hours.

I did have one last good snuggly day with him on Friday night and Saturday morning, and I was with him when he died.  I'm thankful for that.

What a beautiful guy. I'm so sorry for you loss - there is very little in life that tops the company of an excellent cat.

Carin, I'm driving back home today between 3 and 5. Call if you need to. If I have to pull off the road because I can't see through the tears, that's fine. It's a pretty drive.
