Your Brother looks so grown up!!! Wow!

And speaking of knitting (you were, I wasn't) the potholders are GREAT!! They match my kitchen perfectly right now, AND they'll match when I re-do the kitchen, too!! I LOVE 'EM!!!! Thanks!!!

ok your gloves might be my motivation to learn to knit. the idea of having gloves that fit my small fat hands is very exciting. i'm sick of the thumb and pinky fingers being long enough that i could fit another finger in them.

Okay, I wasn't going to say anything.

But I'm totally confused and can't figure out what's going on in the first picture.

I know you are showing the glove. That's not where I have the question. My question is...did you take the picture in front of the mirror to show off what you're wearing, but then just stick your hand in front of the camera anyway, kinda making the mirror a moot point? I'm just trying to wrap my mind around what I'm looking at.

Happy New Year!

Haha!
My evil genius powers of optical illusion strike again!

The hand is real, the image of me behind it is a reflection. I'm basically holding my hand against the glass.

The best lighting is in the bathroom, which is why I took it there.
And beyond that, it was just fun with mirrors, because I'm a dork.

And that's what I thought, but I kept having to look at it to make sure what I was looking at was what I thought I was looking at. You are not the dork, it is I, I am the dork.

They're aesthetically pleasing.
