Rocky tasted yummy. The 'straight-from-the-garden' fresh green stuffing helped. I cooked him for 5 hrs verrry slowly. He was nice and tender, a bit gamier than your usual store-bought chook.
Yes, we do get frosts. We had our first one this morning and the poor little magpies were wondering why they couldn't get a drink. I had to take a kettle of hot water down to make a hole in the ice. The bird bath was frozen solid.
I've been invited to use a neighbour's piano. I don't like going there out of the blue acos they are bakers, and sleep odd hours during the day

I'm watching the movie for the third time (I bought it on DVD as soon as I could). I don't understand why the critics were so harsh - I love the movie! Is it a cultural thing? Have any of you *topsiders* seen it? What didn't you like?
