Awesome picture.

From my experience, I had to go back for a second sleep study to determine to proper settings on the CPAP. Same hookups as the first. But they actually hooked me up to a CPAP for the night.

Some people did the lawncare thing around here last weekend. Then don't we get a day of snow flurries on Tuesday. Luckily, I was visiting Mr R at his place!!

i am hoping that the insurance company will pickup the additional sleep studies if he actually has the dx and all. We shall see.

Thanks about the pic!

Hi Kev!

I lived in Madison County most of my life. Most of my school years were spent in the hellhole otherwise known as Granite City, and I graduated from Edwardsville and then lived in Glen Carbon until '96 when I moved to San Francisco. Most of my family is still in the area; my sister is practically a neighbor of yours over in Grantfork. Been to Diamond Mineral Springs yet?

Hey- I remember you from the mens chorus!

Holy crap...really??? I thought you looked familiar but couldn't quite place you. I kept such a low profile in that group that I would never have classified myself as "memorable." Well, there was that one chorus party...ugh.

handsome - the 3 of you!

glad to hear u guys aurvived the storm "okay" --- it's weird how the wind and bad circumstances can mesmorize you into watching instead of taking cover --- i know from surviving a few hurricanes that if you get caught up in watching, you can just stand there in awe and say things like "wow, there goes the neighbor's tree!" :)

Yes, we tend to just look out the windows and not take cover. The alarm system for the town goes off if winds are above a certain strength or if there is a warning so one doesn't really know to take cover or just get things inside due to high winds. So we are going to get a weather radio and program it for our county and hope that helps.

Glad to hear that Hause did a second sleep study and that there is sufficient data ... also glad that it didn't tear you too apart ... *grin* ... as you nagged encouraged him to go again. So much of our medical care, especially what's covered and not, seems so ass-backward to me ... and the proposed solutions always seem to increase the costs, rather than make them manageable.

I have so many actor friends who don't qualify for benefits and are flying by the seat of their collective pants, hoping they don't get sick. Sad ... and then people lilke my Dad scoff at socialized medicine like they have in Canada or Germany ... I always remind him that he's on Medicare and VA benefits and lives mostly on Social Security. That usually shuts him up:)!

I am glad he did too. I just hope there are some good solutions on the 20th that will help him sleep and not be so tired!

Good way to keep your pop in line - guess we all need to do that every so often!! LOL
