Look, face it. Odds are if you're on my list, you probably refer to yourself as a geek, a nerd, a loser or a dork. Those just happen to be my peeps. I never got along with the cool kids. But odds are, no matter how big a dork you think you are, I can top it. Sure, I know my life is Rad - and my lifelong goal of being Radical every day is playing

I play Warhammer 40k....alot. I don't know if I have you beat in the nerd area, but I definetly wouldn't say that you're MUCH farther ahead, if at all.

I think Cargill's got me beat, but I was going to say that not only do I play Warhammer 40k (ok, granted, seldom), but I stare wistfully at models and boxes that have gone years unpainted. I'm not quite there yet, but I think my children are almost old enough to be ashamed by me.

I don't have children yet, but I'm sure my sperm hang their heads down and look at me with disgust already for spending so much money on this hobby. What army/armies do you play?

Back in first edition I waffled between Eldar, Tyrannid, and Space Marines. Somewhere along the way I lost all of my models except a genestealer. At 3rd edition I got a large Necron force about half painted/used and I haven't touched them in three years since I had kids.

I hear 4th edition was nice from a shooting army's perspective, but I haven't gotten the rules to see how much of a gain there is for my force.
